'He has great taste in women': Kajol teases Aamir Khan in front of ex-wife Kiran Rao; Aamir holds GF Gauri Spratt's hand, fans call it cringe

Bollywood superstar-filmmaker Aamir Khan's production house, Aamir Khan Productions (AKP), completed its silver jubilee, and the actor hosted a grand bash in Mumbai to celebrate the milestone. His entire family was present at the event. Ex-wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao played perfect hosts, warmly receiving guests and ensuring everyone was comfortably seated.

Gauri Spratt, Aamir's wife No. 3-to-be, looked lovely in white trousers paired with a colourful printed blouse. Aamir himself was gracious and warm to all the guests, greeting many by name and interacting with them throughout the evening.

Among those present were Kareena Kapoor Khan, Juhi Chawla, Kajol and several other Bollywood celebrities. Several photos and videos from the event have since gone viral on social media. In many clips, Aamir can be seen spending most of the evening on the stage, often calling out to guests and interacting with them from the podium.

However, amid the many viral videos and photos, one moment caught everyone's attention: Aamir Khan holding girlfriend Gauri Spratt's hand tightly during the event. During the photo-ops, Aamir was seen holding Gauri's hand as the couple, who are reportedly set to marry next month, posed for the cameras. However, some netizens felt Gauri appeared uncomfortable and called the moment awkward.

On the other hand, Aamir's former wife Kiran Rao and their son Azad Rao Khan were also present at the celebration. The mother-son duo posed separately for photographers. Netizens were quick to react to Kiran's outfit, with some commenting that she appeared to be wearing a T-shirt instead of a blouse. Others speculated about what Azad might be thinking amid reports of Aamir preparing to marry again, while some claimed Kiran looked upset.

Inside videos from the event also showed Juhi Chawla praising Aamir, while Kajol took a friendly jibe at the actor. During her speech, Kajol lauded Aamir's contribution to cinema through his production house, which was launched with Ashutosh Gowariker's acclaimed 2001 film Lagaan.

"I think one thing we can say about Mr Aamir Khan is his production has definitely proved he has great taste in movies... irrevocably good taste, starting with Lagaan and continuing on forward," she said.

However, the compliment did not end there.

Much to Aamir's embarrassment, Kajol added, "And great taste in women also."

Apart from Aamir Khan, actor Imran Khan also stepped out with his partner Lekha Washington.

Reunion of Ishq cast

The light-hearted moment also turned into a mini reunion of old friends from Indra Kumar's 1997 romantic comedy Ishq, as Aamir, Kajol and Juhi shared the stage nearly three decades after the film's release.

While Kajol has never starred in a film produced by Aamir Khan Productions, she has shared screen space with Aamir on several occasions. After Ishq, the duo reunited for the romantic thriller Fanaa in 2006, which recently completed 20 years since its release.

Aamir's previous marriages

Aamir was first married to Reena Dutta before tying the knot with Kiran Rao in 2005. Although both marriages ended in separation, the actor has maintained an amicable relationship with his former partners, something that was evident at the silver jubilee celebration of his production house.
