New Delhi, Nov 09 (ANI): Manohar Parrikar's Brother Avdhut Parrikar on Sunday while commenting on Manohar Parrikar's appraisal to the union cabinet said that he is having mixed feelings. He added that his brother will be deprived of doing the work he was expected to do for the people of Goa. He further said he is confident that Manohar Parrikar will perform well as the country's defence minister.
