Guwahati, June 28 (ANI): Talking about the flash flood situation in Guwahati city of Assam, state Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi said that it has to be taken very seriously and that people's anger is fully justified. He also said that he had never seen this kind of flood situation and that this is leading to many other disasters as well.
