New Year 2016 has begun and some of industry's top celebrities took to their social media accounts to spread cheer and positivity.

The Khans -- Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir -- were reportedly busy ringing in the special day with their family and close friends and so their wishes for the New Year didn't come in on time. Hopefully, they'll have a message up on Twitter for their fans in a day or two.

The younger lot -- Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Sonam Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Arjun Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor and Anushka Sharma among others -- too have been missing on the web for quite some time now, courtesy the year-end holidays.
