Happy Father's Day: Google Dedicates This Day to All Fathers with Doodle

The world is celebrating Father's Day on 21 June, which is the third Sunday of the month. Google has dedicated this day with a special doodle honouring all the fathers for the love and care they shower on their children.

Last month, on 10 May, the world celebrated Mother's Day. Google had then created a beautiful animated doodle to honour all the mothers.

To celebrate Father's Day, the search-engine giant dedicated a similar doodle portraying fatherhood. The doodle featuring male parents of different species was created by animator Olivia Huynh.

"Today's doodle represents the universality of familial love. I had a few separate concepts, some with animals, some with people, and looking at them all, I thought it would be fun to try to tie them together," she said.

Many countries including Germany, Russia, Norway and Switzerland celebrate Father's Day on different dates.
