Father's Day is just around the corner and people across the world are gearing up to celebrate the bond on Sunday, June 18.

The importance of the relationship was aptly summarised by French novelist Antoine François Prévost in his book Manon Lescaut when he wrote, "The heart of a father is a masterpiece of nature."
