Gwyneth Paltrow has a successful lifestyle blog called Goop, and although her staff members are equal partners in her success, the actress doesn't verbally appreciate their efforts, so claims a recent report.

A source close to the company told Star Magazine that Chris Martin's wife, who announced her decision to consciously uncouple from her husband of more than a decade on her blog, expects too much from her staff and doesn't appreciate them when they achieve their targets.

"Gwyneth is unappreciative and inconsiderate and expects way too much of her staff," the source said, according to Radar Online. "She works them into the group and doesn't know the words 'thank you.'"

"She has zero concept of how life really works," the source noted.

Not surprisingly, Paltrow has always been one of the most hated persons in Hollywood, and this might be due to the fact that some of her comments have come across as rude and pretentious. Her statements such as she'd rather die than let her children eat Cup-a-Soup, and preventing her children from watching television in English have earned her a lot of haters.

But Paltrow feels people are jealous over her success, and this is why they hate her. She also noted in an interview with Popeater that she wasn't here to please everyone.

"I think there's a part of me that because I think I do a lot, I think my work ethic is the reason why I'm successful. I think that a lot of people don't want to put in effort and it's easier not to change, not do something good for you, not work on your relationship, not make yourself a meal, not work out," she told Popeater.

"[They're just] pissed off at someone else doing that."

"I'll just do what I'm doing because, especially now, we live in a world now where everybody is able to express their opinion," she said.
