Bhopal, Oct 18 (ANI): Congress leader Digvijay Singh on Friday lashed out at BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and his Gujarat Development model and said that Gujarat has more debt liability than any other state in the nation. Furtehr, he said that Modi, who is dreaming to be nation's prime minister, will sink the nation as he did with Gujarat.
