Season 12 of "Grey's Anatomy" will come to an end on Thursday with the episode "Family Affair," that will probably see Owen and Amelia getting married. The promo for the episode hints at Amelia getting cold feet before the wedding, but that would be the last of Owen's problems, as rumours indicate that his sister, who has been missing and presumed dead, will turn up before the end of the hour. Also, it looks like Owen will get to know about Meredith and Riggs' hookup, causing tension between the duo.

Meredith is in for a lot of drama in her life, as the next episode will see Maggie confessing to having a crush on Riggs, and she will be devastated when she learns that Meredith hooked up with the doctor.

Actress Caterina Scorsone recently opened up to TVLine about the finale, and revealed that a lot of unfortunate incidents will happen that will send Amelia into a tailspin. "She was gung ho to go for it, but the morning of the wedding, she's not getting the celebration and the party that she thought she'd get by becoming this adult who's getting married. So she's disappointed and feeling very betrayed," the actress said.

Meanwhile, a good number of fans are worried about the show killing off yet another character in the final hour. The previous episode titled "At Last" saw Richard Webber looking rather sadly at all the dysfunctional relationships around him, and this has worried a lot of fans.

"That scene where he was taking in all the dysfunctional/rocky relationships and grabbing his chest had me thinking he was going to drop right then and there," noted one fan on Reddit. "The last scene with him in the most recent episode seemed a good start to a goodbye to him," agreed another.

The official synopsis for "Family Affair," according to Wikia, reads:

Meredith and Maggie support Amelia on an important day. Jo reveals that she has been keeping secrets from Alex while Arizona and Callie deal with the impact of their custody arrangement. Meanwhile, Ben leaps into action to help a friend.
