Ram Charan's "Govindudu Andarivadele" (GAV) is faring well not just in India but also in overseas markets.

The family entertainer has minted $300,000 in two days, including Tuesday premiers at the US box office. The Ram Charan starrer earned good collections during the premier shows and continued perform well on Wednesday, when the film hit the screens worldwide.

"GAV" witnessed good theatre occupancy across major cities in the US. The film has raked in $300,000 in two days (including premieres and non-reported rentrak), according to Idlebrain.

The film is expected to bring in more family audience, owing to positive word of mouth. It can emerge as Ram Charan's biggest grosser at the US box office, the website reported.

"GAV" received positive reviews from critics as well as the audience. The film took good openings in India on the first day of its release, by minting ₹8.55 crore share. Although the film could not create a new record, it did manage to beat the opening day collections of Mahesh Babu's "1 Nenokkadine".

However, the Ram Charan starrer failed to surpass the first day collections of the actor's own "Yevadu", which had collected ₹8.65 crore share on day one.

"GAV" has maintained steady business on the second day (2 October). It is estimated that the film might have earned ₹3.75 crore share on Thursday, reported Andhraboxoffice.

The holiday weekend is likely to work in the film's favour and help it in registering good collections in the first three days of its release. It will be interesting to see how the film fares in the weekdays. As there are no big Telugu releases set for the next few days, "GAV" is expected to dominate the screens and earn good collections. It will be interesting to see if the film will be able to break "Yevadu" worldwide collections.

Directed by Krishna Vamsi, "GAV" has Kajal Aggarwal playing the female lead. Prakash Raj and Jayasudha appear as Ram Charan's grandparents, while Srikanth appears as his uncle. Kamalinee Mukherjee, Posani Krishna Murali and Kota Srinivasa Rao are also part of the film's cast.
