New Delhi, Dec 12 (ANI): Law Minister Kapil Sibal on Thursday said that the government is considering all options to decriminalize homosexuality. Sibal also stated that the Supreme Court’s reversal of the previous Delhi high court ruling on the issue of gay rights is disappointing.
