Eli Gold (Alan Cumming) plans a new campaign strategy for Peter Florrick (Chris Noth), but things do not go his way in "The Good Wife" season 7 episode 3, titled Cooked".

With clever moves and tactics, Cumming's character could be back to his position as the campaign strategist and crisis manager of the governor of Illinois and plan his next move in the upcoming sequel.

The official synopsis of the third episode read: "Eli encourages Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) and Veronica (Stockard Channing) to participate in a mother/daughter cooking show to help Peter's campaign, with disastrous results.

The followers of the CBS drama can expect an interesting mother-daughter sequence in the upcoming sequel as cast member Margulies teased that they had lot of fun while filming it. "I had to ask Alan and Margo not to look at me during my close-up because I was crying laughing so hard. It's a lot of fun," E!Online quoted her as saying.

Meanwhile, the protagonist will work alongside Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) on a complicated court case involving a designer drug dealer. So, followers of the CBS legal drama can expect more screen space for private investigator Jason Crouse (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).

The episode might also address the new problems faced by Lockhart Agos Lee as Christine Baranski an internal turmoil and stated that Louis Canning (Michael J. Fox) will always "lurk in the shadows, wreaking havoc".
