Rani Mukherjee

Rani Mukherjee tied knots with Aditya Chopra secretly in Italy this year. Chopra was married to Payal Khanna earlier and got divorced. Apparently after three years of divorce, Chopra started dating the "Mardaani" actress but both always kept silent about their relationship.

Kareena Kapoor Khan

Saif Ali Khan at last found her lady love Kareena Kapoor and married her in 2012. Before Bebo, Khan was married to Amrita Singh and has two kids with her. The 'Chote Nawab' of Bollywood was also involved in a serious relationship with Rosa Catalona after divorcing his first wife. Now Khan has settled down with Kapoor, with whom he fell in love on the sets of "Tashan".

Shilpa Shetty Kundra

After dating for two years, Shilpa Shetty tied knots with Raj Kundra as his second wife. Kundra divorced his first wife Kavita, who accused Shetty of being the reason for calling-of their marriage. But Shetty clarified that she met Kundra after he got divorce from his first wife.

Vidya Balan

Vidya Balan is somewhat don't fit in the league of second wives in Bollywood as she is the third wife of UTC CEO Siddharth Roy Kapur. He is divorced twice and then tied knot for the third time with the 'ooh la la' girl in 2012.
