Patna, Feb 21 (ANI): Speaking on his claim that the highest level of the UPA government were spooked by the unexpected movement of troops under former Army chief General VK Singh's command, Retired Lt-Gen AK Choudhary on Friday said that movement of units was a normal routine training which keeps happening in the army now and then. He added that people took the routine training in other way.
