The official trailer of Gautham Karthik's upcoming film "Yennamo Yedho" has been released online.
"Yennamo Yedho" is a romantic comedy entertainer, directed by Ravi Thyagarajan. It is a remake of Telugu film "Ala Modalaindi", which released in 2011 and turned out to be a big hit.
The Tami version will have Gautham Karthik, Rakul Preet Singh and Nikeesha Patel in lead roles, while actor Prabhu will appear in a pivotal role.

"Yennamo Yedho" is Gautham Karthik's second film after "Kadal", which hit the screens last year. The actor had a dream debut through the Maniratnam directorial but the film failed to set the cash registers ringing. Gautham will now be hoping that his second film gives him a much-needed hit. However, Gautham's performance in "Kadal" was widely appreciated and the actor has gained a good fan following in Tamil Nadu.
Expectations will be high among his fans who would want the actor to deliver a big hit through "Yennamo Yedho." It remains to be seen if the film will be able to recreate the magic of the original Telugu flick "Ala Modalaindi."
The romantic comedy is produced by Ravi Prasad Productions and the film's music is composed by Imman of "Jilla" fame. The audio rights of the film have been bagged by Sony Music South and the songs were launched at Kamala Cinemas in Chennai on Friday (17 January).
The film's cinematography is handled by Gopi Jagadeeswaran and editing is done by Jerome Allen. "Yennamo Yedho" is expected to hit the screens soon but an official announcement on the exact release date is still awaited.
