Chandigarh, Feb 26 (ANI): Former Railway Minister, Pawan Bansal on Thursday termed the Rail Budget presented by Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu as ‘disappointing’. Bansal said that he was expecting reduction in fares as fuel prices have been slashed in the past few months. He added that there was no vision to increase employment or reduce poverty through employment in railways. Further, Bansal said that there was nothing new in the budget but only a continuation of the old projects.
