New Delhi, Sep 14 (ANI): Former Principal Secretary of JandK, Mehmood Ur Rehman on Sunday, commenting on the situation in the flood-hit areas of Jammu and Kashmir, said that administrative units needs to be re-built and the government needs to work in coordination with the army. He further said that presently re-establishment of government machinery and starting the relief operations in a big way is important.
