Controversy queen Pooja Misrra, who manages to remain in the limelight, has been unable to enter her family apartment in Windsor Tower, Lokhandwala, Mumbai. According to a report, society members have banned her from entering the building premises.

A committee member claimed that Misrra's "unacceptable behaviour" has forced the society members to ban her from the premises. She allegedly fought with neighbours and even accused them of performing black magic on her, the committee member told Mumbai Mirror.

Her sister, who is currently in Singapore, owns the apartment in Lokhandwala's Windsor Tower. Misrra's parents reside in Pune, while she has been in Delhi for the past few months. The managing committee of the building reportedly took a written statement from her family, which states that she will not stay in the apartment. The members also submitted a letter to the Oshiwara police in Andheri regarding the same.

"Her behaviour was really bad. She would imagine things and fight with neighbours. She believed they were using black magic to prevent her from being successful. She used to level such ridiculous allegations and call cops," a committee member told Mumbai Mirror.

The member further claimed that her family members are polite and have always apologised on her behalf. Misrra's brother and sister in fact gave them in writing that she will not come to that apartment again.

However, Misrra has a different story to tell. Refuting the committee member's claim, the "Bigg Boss 5" contestant said that she was tortured and harassed by certain residents.

"My family bought this house, but I cannot enter it. They [society members] made my family submit in writing that I won't be given access to the flat. Which society does that?" she told Mumbai Mirror. "I am a lawyer and I don't need anyone else to defend me. I am taking this matter to the court."

"The society harassed me and made my father, a retired income tax commissioner, to apologise several times. They (neighbours) held me captive in the flat. I complained to the secretary several times about the harassment, but no action was taken," she told the tabloid.

This is not the first time Misrra has accused someone of performing black magic on her. Last year, in a series of Facebook posts, she accused Sonakshi Sinha and her family of performing black magic on her.
