Kathmandu, Nov 25 (ANI): Foreign ministers of eight South Asian nations attended the 36th South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Council of Ministers meet in Nepal on Tuesday. India's Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj was in attendance with Foreign Secretary Sujatha Singh. Foreign Secretaries of India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Maldives are setting the agenda for the summit due to be held on November 26 and 27. Swaraj on Monday (November 24) hoped the Summit would bear fruitful results and boost regional cooperation cementing ties and added it was the most important for the south Asian nations as it strengthens friendship and bolsters bilateral relations. India's objective during the meet would be enhancement of connectivity, people to people contacts, transport and energy, which is subjected to agreements between the member nations.
