Moradabad, July 20 (ANI): After experiencing rainfall for hours, flash floods ravaged Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Around 25 villages of district are submerged in flood waters. A Resident Hasan said that Police and district administration took stalk of the situation but they did not take any action. He added that crops have been damaged due to rain fury.
