The teaser of Dhurandhar 2 was dropped on Tuesday afternoon. One of the highly anticipated films, Dhurandhar, is set to release on March 19, 2026, and will clash with Yash's Toxic.
Although Aditya Dhar's directorial is currently in the post-production phase, certain scenes and portions of the film are yet to be shot.
For over two days, photos and videos from the sets of Dhurandhar have taken over social media. The leaked clips show Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Rampal shooting despite heavy security. Even after Aditya Dhar instructed the cast and crew not to leak anything on social media, the videos went viral.

The makers of Dhurandhar have now landed in trouble as an FIR has been registered against the film's location manager for allegedly flying a drone without permission in South Mumbai's high-security Fort area. According to a report by NDTV, the location manager, Rinku Rajpal Valmiki, did not obtain the required clearance for aerial filming in the sensitive location, prompting the MRA Marg Police Station to register an FIR against him on February 1. The drone was reportedly used during the shooting of a specific sequence without following established security protocols.
Yami Gautam to make a cameo appearance in Dhurandhar
Apart from the case being registered, it has also been reported that Aditya Dhar's wife, Yami Gautam, will have a special cameo in the film.
According to Pinkvilla, sources revealed that Yami Gautam will be a part of Dhurandhar 2. The actress will reportedly have an action-packed role that is extremely important to the narrative. It was also revealed that Yami has already shot for nearly five days, and though it is a cameo, it is a crucial part that will leave the audience amazed.
The first film's story, centred on an Indian spy infiltrating the Pakistani mafia to gather intelligence on future operations, resonated strongly with audiences. Dhurandhar Part 2 revolves around Ranveer Singh's character, Hamza Ali Mazari, who continues his battle against Arjun Rampal's Major Iqbal and others, seeking revenge for their actions against India.
