New Delhi, Feb 27 (ANI): Finance minister Arun Jaitley on Friday gave final touches to 2015-16 budget a day ahead of its presentation in Parliament. Jaitley was accompanied by his junior colleague Jayant Sinha and officials. The economic survey, the basis for Jaitley's budget for the fiscal year starting April 1, forecast the economy would grow by 8.1-8.5 percent under a new calculation method that makes India the world's top-growing big economy. It said a return to the heady days of double-digit economic growth was expected.
