New Delhi, Feb 04 (ANI): After BJP and Congress locked horns over the jurist's appointment in Lokpal selection panel, Congress leader Satyavrat Chaturvedi said that if Sushna Swaraj has a name to propose, she is welcome but the final decision will be of the panel of all 4 people. Further, Chaturvedi said that BJP has always created controversy to hinder a smooth process.
