Fiat Avventura Launched in India; Price, Feature Details [PHOTOS]

The highly anticipated Fiat crossover Avventura finally made its India debut on Tuesday, 21 October, with a starting price tag of ₹5.99 lakh (ex-Delhi).

Fiat Avventura, a crossover based on Fiat's Punto Evo, is offered in both petrol and diesel engine options and comes in a total of five variants - two petrol – Active and Dynamic and three in diesel - Activa, Dynamic and top-of-the-line variant Emotion.

Under the hood, the petrol version of Avventura gets power from 1.4-litre engine, which can pump in a power of 89bhp and a peak torque 115nm, while the diesel model of the car is powered by the 1.3-litre multijet motor that can churn out 92bhp of power and 208nm of peak torque. Both the engines come coupled to a five-speed manual transmission and offer a fuel efficiency of 14.4kmpl for petrol and 20.5kmpl for diesel.

From visual stand point, the Avventura's new body cladding and projector headlamps adds to the sporty look of the car along with the 16-inch alloy wheels. In India, the car will compete with the likes of Volkswagen Cross Polo and Toyota Etios Cross.

The crossover comes donned in six body colours - Zafferano Orange, Bronzo Tan, Minimum Grey, Exotica Red, Hip-Hop Black and Vocal white.

The bookings for Fiat Avventura are underway in the country.
