In a bid to help reduce the stigma associated with HIV, Prince Harry will take part in the #FeelNoShame campaign by revealing one of his secrets, Monday.

He will be joined by stars like Nicole Scherzinger, Gemma Arterton and Paloma Faith, who will all bare secrets to the world on video in support of Sentebale's #FeelNoShame campaign for World Aids Day, the Daily Mail reports.

The Sentebale organization in Lesotho is a charity founded by Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho. Prince Harry travelled across the country in 2004 and after seeing "so many children whose lives had been shattered following the death of their parents – they were so vulnerable and in need of care and attention", he decided to set up the charity.

To spread awareness and also mark World Aids day, the royal said: "To show our support for the children of Lesotho, and help reduce the stigma for all those affected by HIV, we are turning this World Aids Day into a day in which no-one should feel any shame about their secrets. Together, we can tackle the stigma surrounding HIV and give the young people carrying it the childhood they deserve. The childhood so many of us take for granted."

The 30-year-old believes that if A-list celebrities share secrets including the worst fears and guilty pleasures, it will help reduced the stigma as well as the shame that every HIV sufferer faces worldwide. They are afraid of speaking up and seeking help.

"One tragic issue in particular is the shame and stigma linked to HIV. This causes thousands of children to needlessly die each year because they're keeping their illness a secret and not getting the medical attention they need," Prince Harry said.

Globally, HIV is the second-highest cause of death among people aged between 10 and 19 years; while in Africa it is the number one cause of death, BedfordToday reports.

He launched the campaign video midnight from a microsite – FeelNoShame. He urged people to share their own secrets via any social networking site in exchange for his secret.
