The latest episode of adventure reality show "Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi" season 5 (KKK5) saw the eviction of television star Dayanand Shetty.
The actor better known as Inspector Daya, his character in "C.I.D" became the fourth contestant to be eliminated, after Pooja Gor, Rochelle Maria Rao and Mugdha Godse.
Sunday's episode proved to be a tough job for Shetty as he failed to score in the first task and underperformed against Geeta Tandon and Ajaz Khan. This led the actor to the elimination round.
In the second task called 'Ghoomte Reh Jaoge', Rajniesh Duggall, Gauahar Khan and Deana Uppal performed, where Duggal could hold on for the least time and emerged as the low scorer.
The final elimination task involved show's host Rohit Shetty's favourite stunt that involves cars. The task was performed by Shetty and Duggall as they settled for the bottom two contestants failing in their respective tasks.
Herein too, the actor's luck failed him as he took three minutes 19 seconds to perform, as against Duggall's two minutes 53 seconds, resulting in his eviction.
The tough looking actor however, got emotional and teary-eyed during his exit as other contestants hugged him and gave him a warm farewell.
"I had an amazing experience doing the show. I got to try out different stunts on the show and also made some new friends. All in all I had a great time on the show," the actor told The Times of India, post his exit.
While the actor might have exited from "KKK 5", he will soon be seen in "Singham 2" as a police officer with Ajay Devgn.
