FC Goa finished the league stage on a high as they outplayed Delhi Dynamos in the last match of the 14th round of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2015 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday.

The Gaurs came from behind and scripted a thrilling victory on Sunday. The visitors were down by 2-0 until the half-time whistle. Zico's men in blue have been in top form in this season of the ISL and they proved it yet again, why they are one of the most dangerous sides in this glorious league.

In the second half, Romeo Fernandes scored twice in two minutes to draw level in the game. Spanish midfielder Jofre clinched the winner in the dying minutes of the game to hand his side a stunning victory.

"It changed because we didn't see anything in the first half. I think we have to take lessons. We didn't do anything in the first half. In the second half we created so many opportunities. We showed our football then," Zico said at the post-match press conference.

"Both teams will have fewer trips now. For us and them, it's good to be here. The supporters and all will not matter so much. The trips matter more. The result at the end of the day was good for both teams. So if we had lost this game we would have had to go back and then come back here and go back again. It would have tired both teams. It's good for everyone."

Roberto Carlos and his men started the game on a high. Serginho Greene opened the scoring from a Florent Malouda free-kick. Adil Nabi doubled the lead in the 40th minute from a Richard Gadze cross. That left the visitors in a spot of bother.

Carlos seemed to be a really happy man then but it was not for long. Fernandes pulled out couple of game-changing goals in the 68th and 69th minute. Reinaldo Oliviera earned the assist for the winning goal which was scored by Jofre in the 90th minute.

"Just before Goa scored their first goal, we had four opportunities. I'm not looking at this result. I am very happy with the team work and performance of the first half. In the second half, I have to congratulate Goa for the effort they put in. They deserved it," Carlos told reporters after the match on Sunday.

"We still have two matches to go. Now being the semi-final, the players will focus more and I hope they understand that in football nothing is easy. I hope my team performs well, like they did in the first half today. They played so beautifully and were so decisive. I have no complaints to make. Each one of them knows what the defeat means. It means the result will now come in Goa."

FC Goa and Delhi Dynamos will take on each other yet again in the 1st leg of the 1st semi final at the same venue four days from now. The semi final fixtures have been scheduled, the stage is set for yet another thrilling finish to what one may call it to be a scinitillating season of ISL.
