The upcoming video game, Fallout 4, from Bethesda is special in many ways, apart from the fact that the game is one of the most awaited games expected to roll out in November for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Fallout 4 has what is called the SPECIAL system, the in-game perks system. SPECIAL stands for Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Agility and Luck perks. It helps players to level up and progress in the game.

Surviving the wasteland in Fallout 4 will also mean survival of the smartest. Players must not only increase their Intelligence perks, but also use it to unlock opportunity and adapt to a new world.
Players with the know-how of certain advanced things will be able to get access to certain new places and technology, thanks to the space age.
Characters with Intelligence high on their bar will be more inventive as they can create technological wonders that will greatly help their adventurous journey.
