This time it is actor Vineeth Kumar, who will helm a film scripted by hit maker Ranjith. The film will star Fahadh Faasil in the lead and its shooting is expected to kick start in December.

The excited actor shared this happy news on his Facebook page.

"12-12-12 is the most memorable day of my life. That is the day when I decided to be a director. The day I met director Ranjith, whom I respect the most and told him about my dreams. The film will star Fahadh Faasil in the lead and its shooting will begin in December. The locations of the film are Gujarat and Bangalore," said Vineeth on his Facebook handle.

Vineeth began his career in the film industry as a child artist and first appeared in the 1989 film "Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha" and he won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist for his performance in the Hariharan directorial.

He later went on to do many films like "Padippura". "Anagha", "Dasaratham", "Bharatham", "Sargam", "Adwaytham", "Azhakiya Raavanan", " Devadoothan", "Sharja to Sharja", "Kanmashi", "Sethurama Iyer CBI", "Sufi Paranja Kadha", "Sevens", "Ithu Nammude Kadha", "Oru Yathrayil" among others.
