New Delhi/Bhopal, Dec 5 (ANI): Security and Defence experts, on Friday (December 05), said militants were carrying out frequent attacks in Jammu and Kashmir to disrupt assembly polls in the region. Five members of the security forces were killed in a suicide attack on an army artillery camp in Kashmir early on Friday as militants stepped up violence in the disputed region near the border with Pakistan, officials said. Qamar Agha said Pakistan was desperate to promote Islamic militancy in the state. Meanwhile, another expert, Major General (Retired) SR Sinho said India should learn from Israel and give a strong reply to Pakistan.
