EXO's third studio album "Ex'Act" has already broken several records and it has become a hit among fans. Ever since the band members released their latest album in June, many media outlets speculated that there could be a repackaged version of "Ex'Act." Until now, there has been little clarity over whether or not fans will see the SM Entertainment-managed band on stage with a different version, but a representative from the company addressed the issue.

According to a source in SM Entertainment, the concept of repackaging "Ex'Act" is under discussion but nothing has been cemented. This means that fans might have to wait for a while longer for the entertainment company to confirm the news. A repackaged album typically consists of new singles in addition to the songs that are part of "EX'Act."

Earlier, EXO members had released a repackaged version of their first studio album titled "XOXO" and called it "Growl." The title track of the album appeared among top 10 singles in Gaon singles and "Growl" even ranked #3 on Billboard Korea K-Pop Hot 100.

Rumours of Ex'Act's repackaged version spread quickly after band member Sehun hinted at another version.

"It's likely in August," Allkpop quoted him as saying.

So far, 680,000 copies of the Chinese-Korean boy band's comeback album, "Ex'Act," have been sold, according to Hanteo Chart. This number appears slightly different on Gaon Chart, which records sales at 770,000 copies. The band's singles "Monster" and "Lucky One" have been fan-favourites, with over three million views each.
