Destiny's favourite weapons and Exotics dealer Xur, Agent of the Nine has been in the news for quite some time now. From dealing less than average stuff (much to the dismay of the Guardians) to bringing back the all time favourite Gjallarhorn so suddenly that the players almost missed out on it.
However, Xur is back in the limelight once again after he took over Destiny's Instagram account in order to reveal some sweet new Exotics for the upcoming The Taken King DLC for the game. Hour after hour, the mysterious vendor leaked out some amazing pieces of gears that will make their way into the new DLC.
Going by the leaks, it seems like there are some fancy-looking armours and slick new weapons that are heading over to The Taken King. Each of the weapons as well as the Exotics come with pretty unique designing alongside bits of lore added to each of them, which is generating quite the hype.
The fans will be happy to know that Bungie has put in quite the shift in making these new weapons and Exotics as unique as possible. There's now a heavy Fusion Rifle with a laser that ricochets off the walls, alongside another fusion rifle that shoots sticky exploding rounds capable of mopping out groups, some beautiful new armour for all three classes, and even a shotgun that will be the darling of the Crucible.
