Europa League Preview: Napoli vs Swansea Live Streaming Information

Swansea played impressively in the first leg of their Europa League round of 32 fixture against Napoli, but they had little to show for it other than a 0-0 draw.

Come Thursday night in Naples, Swansea will hope for a similar performance, with an added bonus of a goal or two as Napoli look to improve from a dour outing at the Liberty Stadium last week.

Playing in front of your own fans and controlling possession and the flow of the game is much easier than doing so in an intimidating atmosphere away from home. Swansea will be well aware of the travails that face them at the Stadio San Paolo, but manager Gary Monk is relishing the test nonetheless.

"I just need to prepare the players as well as I can," Monk said. "It's somewhere that we haven't been before as a club and I think it's going to be a very good game between two attack minded teams.

"The stadium is set back from pitch quite a bit and the atmosphere will be hostile and passionate, but certainly one that you want to be involved in as a player. I've spoken to all the players and they are all very much looking forward to it.

"They (Napoli) have dangerous players going forward, they are at home and their fans will expect them to win the game. We know it's a difficult game but it's one where we can come and put on a performance we can all be proud of."

Monk, who will be without Jonjo Shelvey and Michu for the trip, is a little unhappy about going into the second leg without a lead after Swansea dominated the first leg at home.

"The only disappointment from last week was not scoring a goal, because we deserved that," he added. "We had a number of chances, but the next most important thing is to keep a clean sheet which we did. In a knockout competition where away goals are crucial, that was the next best thing for us."

Napoli manager Rafa Benitez will expect a much improved performance from his side, with goals very much the order of the day for the experienced Spaniard. "Our target is to score one more than them," Benitez said. "Swansea play good, intense football. Against Liverpool they scored three but conceded four: that means we cannot afford mistakes in defence but we can score goals.

"We have to work together, like in every match. But we have to be aware of Swansea's intensity and speed. The Premier League and Serie A are different. It's physical football versus tactical football."
