Gilgit Baltistan, July 8: Be it the infrastructure, administration or social life....everything is in shambles in Gilgit Baltistan. The young minds, which need to be nurtured, do not get an environment that is conducive to their development and growth. The children here have no access to proper educational facilities, and basic amenities and appropriate teaching staff are also non-existent.
