New Delhi, Oct 19 (ANI): Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath said that elaborate arrangements are made for polls and counting by the teams and every counting centres are under tight security. He said that the EC is happy with the increase in percentage of voters with time but this needs to further go up. Further, Sampath said that assembly polls in Jammu & Kashmir is under screening and that officers are taking stock of the situation in the state and all the views of the political parties are taken in the matter. He said that taking in account all this, decision on dates of polls will be decided in next few days.
