New Delhi, June 14 (ANI): In an effort to encourage more people to donate blood, Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan on World Blood Donor Day donated his blood in New Delhi. Speaking to mediapersons, he said that every healthy person could donate blood four times a year. He also said that voluntary blood donation should be encouraged.
