Double Treat: Ajith's 'Yennai Arindhaal' Teaser to Come Along with Rajinikanth's 'Lingaa'

It is going to be a double treat for cinema lovers from this Friday (12 December). While fans will get to see superstar Rajinikanth live in action film "Lingaa," they will also have a glimpse of Thala Ajith on the big screen from Thursday.

The most-popular "Yennai Arindhaal" teaser is being screened following huge demand from fans to watch it on the big screen.

"The teaser of 'Yennai Arindhaal' which had created a huge buzz reflecting mass popularity of Ajith Kumar will be screened in the theaters from Thursday," read a press statement.

"The visibility of the teaser in You tube was phenomenal no doubt, but the mass were eager to watch it in the big screens and hence this decision," says Producer A M Rathnam on his masterstroke marketing strategy.

The 55-second teaser got massive response from fans and emerged as the most-liked teaser of a south Indian film on the video sharing YouTube.

"Yennai Arindhaal" is making all the right noises with the release of the first look posters and the teaser. A single track from the film's album has also been released much to the delight of the fans.

The track "Adhaaru Adhaaru Udhaaru Udhaaru" was unveiled on Thursday morning and is getting good response from the fans. The hashtags "#CelebratingYennaiArindhaalSingle" and "#AdhaaruAdhaaru" are among the trending topics on twitter.

The release of "Adhaaru Adhaaru" song is likely to boost the expectations on the audio of the film composed by Harris Jayaraj and expected to be launched later this month. The trailer of the film is expected to be out in January.

The Gautham Menon directorial is in its last leg of shooting and is likely to be completed in a few days after which the post-production work will commence.

The film is getting ready for the Pongal race and is likely to hit the screens on 15 January. It might clash with other biggies like "I," "Aambala," and "Kakki Sattai," which are also in the Pongal race.
