Chandigarh, Sep 24 (AIN): Reacting to Former Army Chief, Gen (retd) V K Singh's revelations that paying ministers to bring people together in J and K was nothing new for the Army, Lt. General (Retired) P.N. Hoon said that if its true then Singh should come out with names of the people to whom he has given money.
