If Bigg Boss wasn't dramatic enough, a new reality show titled The 50 has embroiled controversy just a week after it was dropped. The show features 50 contestants locked inside a house, where clashes, heated arguments, mudslinging, and personal attacks are part of thier hosue.

With each passing episode, the show appears to be getting increasingly toxic. In a recent episode, a fresh controversy erupted between Bhavya Singh and Divya Agarwal. Bhavya accused Divya of being fake and alleged that she does not live with her husband, Apurva Padgaonkar.

For those who aren't watching the show, a new heated argument has erupted between Bhavya and Divya and has been widely discussed on social media.

In viral clips from the episode, Bhavya can be seen shouting at Divya and claiming that she lives separately from her husband. She allegedly said, "Yeh itni fake aurat hai... no wonder isko log gold digger bolte hain." Bhavya further accused Divya of denying her interest in doing reality shows earlier, claiming that Divya once told her, "I have already won Bigg Boss. What have you even achieved?" Bhavya went on to allege that Divya relies heavily on PR tactics and paparazzi appearances and called her dishonest and fake.

Bhavya also made a controversial statement referring to Diwali, claiming that the real fireworks went off at Divya's home and that Divya lives separately from her husband. She added that she had never spoken about the matter earlier, nor did she intend to, as it was a personal family issue. However, she alleged that others dragged her into the controversy.

Following these remarks, Divya Agarwal started crying on the show and said that she was missing her husband. Several photos and videos of Divya have gone viral.

On Monday, Divya Agarwal's team released an official statement condemning Bhavya's remarks and calling them baseless. The statement read, "This is to address an issue that aired on The 50 episode last night. What was said and done was deeply uncalled for and unethical. Repeatedly claiming 'I won't say anything' and then continuing to blabber baseless personal narratives only exposes intent, not truth. This was never meant to be a personal battleground; it's a game designed to test strength, strategy, and the mind."

In another Instagram story, Divya's team defended her further, stating that her habit of inviting people over reflects her warm and welcoming nature. They added that she genuinely enjoys hosting, connecting with people, and making others feel comfortable. The statement said that twisting this trait into a narrative of loneliness or emotional dependence was unfair and misleading, and added that speaking without facts only exposes one's own mindset rather than the truth.

Actress Hunar Ali also reacted strongly to Bhavya's statements, calling them absolutely wrong. She said that personal matters such as marriage and family should not be dragged into a reality show, and criticised Bhavya for calling Divya fake on national television.

Meanwhile, netizens have been divided over the controversy. Several social media users questioned whether Divya and Apurva had parted ways. A Reddit thread titled "Divya doesn't live with her husband?" sparked speculation, with some users asking if the couple had broken up. While a few criticised Divya harshly, many others slammed Bhavya for revealing someone's personal life on camera and suggested that the entire argument may have been staged for attention.

As of now, Divya's husband, Apurva Padgaonkar, has not responded to Bhavya Singh's claims.

Divya Agarwal married Apurva Padgaonkar on February 20, 2024, in a lavish traditional Marathi ceremony held at her Chembur home in Mumbai. A few months later, she made headlines after deleting all her wedding pictures from social media, explaining that she wanted her platforms to focus on her work rather than her personal life.
