Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon's much awaited "Dilwale" is all set to hit the screens worldwide on Friday, 18 December. The lead actors of the Rohit Shetty directorial are very busy with the promotional activities of the film in India and abroad.

It has to be noted that with the rising number of migrant workers from Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Uttar Pradesh and Odisha to the South Indian state, Bollywood films have had a good market in Kerala in recent years.

With Shah Rukh enjoying a huge fan following in Kerala, "Dilwale" is sure to create records at the Kerala box office, repeating the history of his previous releases "Happy New Year" and "Chennai Express".

"Dilwale" is scheduled to release in as many as 111 screens in Kerala on Friday.

"Dilwale gears up 4 biggest ever Hindi release in Kerala on Dec 18 - 111 screens at the last count. In Trivandrum & Ernakulam 6 to 7 screens," trade analyst Sreedhar Pillai tweeted on Monday.

As part of promotions, Shah Rukh and Kajol also attended a TV show in Malayalam that will be aired on Saturday on Mazhavil Manorama.

Meanwhile, SRK's "Chennai Express", which turned out to be a huge blockbuster worldwide, had minted ₹8.55 crore in 18 days from the Tamil Nadu and Kerala area alone.

The multi-starrer "Happy New Year" had also collected good money from the South Indian states after its release on 24 October 2014.

However, the Kerala Film Exhibitors Federation (KFEF) has closed down all A-class theatres in Kerala against the government's levy of Rs 3 as cess per ticket. If the strike is not withdrawn within Friday, it is sure to affect the collection records of "Dilwale" negatively.
