To put all rumours to rest, Big B tweeted: Some baseless rumors being spread about Yusuf Saheb - Dilip Kumar, being ill .. Saira ji just informed me he is perfectly fine ! Dilip Kumar and his wife Saira Banu had recently attended Salman Khan's sister Arpita's wedding reception.
