Bhopal, Jan 28 (ANI): The Congress party has nominated former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Digvijay Singh for Rajya Sabha seat from the state. Talking to mediapersons in Bhopal Singh thanked Congress party, its chief Sonia Gandhi and vice- president Rahul Gandhi.
