New Delhi, Oct 08 (ANI): As the electricity department in Seemandhra struck work, plunging large parts of the region into darkness, following a hunger strike by the TDP Chief Chandra Babu Naidu and YSR Congress Party Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in New Delhi, Congress general Secretary Digvijay Singh has appealed to all those who are on strike and have asked them to end it.
