After YG Entertainment announced that its artiste, Nam Tae-hyun has taken a hiatus to focus on his mental health, fans have argued that the singer's health isn't the reason why he has gone on an indefinite leave.

According to several WINNER fans, the singer had issues with his band mates for a long time. Many speculated that Nam's absence from several group photos on Instagram and his absence from the company's dormitory reveal that there was a rift between Nam and the other members of WINNER.

Furthermore, fans argued that the YG Entertainment artiste has been promoting his solo music on SoundCloud. An Allkpop article claimed that the Baby Baby singer's track, Who Cares, could be about his relationship with the band.

However, Nam's agency hasn't confirmed if these claims are indeed true. In fact, YG Entertainment representatives earlier said the singer has been staying with his mother in order to take treatment.

In their detailed statement, the company's executives said Nam will not be promoting his music for an indefinite period as his health is the top priority.

Their statement read, "We currently cannot predict WINNER's time frame for their promotions, which is regrettable. However, the other WINNER members, along with YG, are putting in their best effort to overcome the first crisis that has hit the team."

Nam aka Taehyun debuted with YG Entertainment's boy group in 2011. The 22-year-old K-pop artiste performed as a back-up dancer during his trainee days.

So far, Taehyun hasn't released a statement after his company announced his hiatus.
