New Delhi, Nov 6 (ANI): The Congress on Thursday said that whether Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler would be given tickets for the upcoming Delhi polls depends on the decision taken by the party. Earlier, former chief minister Sheila Dikshit had said that Sikhs in Delhi had supported the Congress despite the leaders being accused of involvement in the 1984 riots and therefore they should be given a second chance. The riots had left over 3,000 of the community dead.
