New Delhi, Nov 20 (ANI): With Delhi assembly polls coming closer, Congress released its election manifesto on Wednesday which focuses on growth, development, education for the girls under Ladli Scheme. The party claimed that under its rule Delhi will grow faster. Releasing the manifesto, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said that double-decker flyovers will be built to ease the traffic situation. She also said holding areas will be set up for migrants along with permanent hawking zones.
