New Delhi, Mar 28 (ANI): In a major blow to the Congress and the BJP, the Delhi High Court has held both the parties guilty of taking foreign funding and thus violating the Foreign Contribution Regulation (FCR) Act, just ahead of the general elections. The court has directed the Ministry of Home Affairs to take action against the two parties within 6 months.
