New Delhi, Oct 30 (ANI): The Supreme Court Thursday noted reports that Delhi Lt Governor Najeeb Jung would be consulting all the political parties in its efforts to form a government in Delhi, as positive. The apex court also said that there are situations with a party not having majority forms the government with outside support.
