New Delhi, Jan 27 (ANI): After the Delhi High Court on Monday slammed the Arvind Kejriwal government over lack of arrangements to prevent cold related deaths in the national capital, the government claimed that it is giving high priority to the homeless. The AAP government also said that they will file their reply within four weeks.
