New Delhi, Sep 10 (ANI): After the fast track court ion Delhi convicted the Delhi gang-rape accused with rape and murder, Former Home Secretary RK Singh said on Tuesday that the accused should be given death penalty and that such cases should be investigated in shorter duration of time and with full transparency. Further, talking about the age limit of juvenile, Singh said that the age limit of the juveniles should be decreased as the children now-a-days are getting mature really fast.
